رويبوس العضوي

The fact that this is caffeine-free makes it my go-to evening cup, and I love that it’s got iron and calcium since I’m always trying to sneak more minerals into our routine. Even my kids will happily sip it, which says a lot.

The mineral content is what sold me—iron and calcium in a tea I can give my kids without worrying about caffeine. It brews up smooth and mild, no bitterness, and the whole family’s been drinking it nightly for a week.

I was looking for something caffeine-free that still feels like a real cup of tea, and this rooibos hits that spot perfectly. The mineral richness comes through in a smooth, slightly sweet taste that my kids actually enjoy too. Nice to have a loose leaf option that’s both organic and iron-packed.
