A practical buying guide to the Fitness On-The-Go Kit: what the two teas and flask infuser actually do, how to brew at the gym, and who should skip it.
Quick answer
The Fitness On-The-Go Kit is a sensible buy if you want a single, packable set for tea before or after training: it bundles Organic Premium Matcha, Organic Live Fit Tea, and a vacuum flask infuser bottle. Skip it if you already own a reliable infuser bottle or prefer tea that steeps in a traditional pot at home.
Why the two teas matter more than the bottle
The kit's real value is the pairing: matcha for a focused, quickly prepared cup and Live Fit Tea for a slower, leaf-based brew. That split lets you choose based on time and appetite rather than hauling two separate products. The flask is the delivery method, not the reason to buy.
Because the catalog does not list caffeine amounts, steeping temperatures, or exact tea weights, treat the kit as a starting point and adjust your own cup strength. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller matcha portion and see how you feel before a workout.
The trade-off: convenience versus control
A portable tea kit gym bag setup saves space and decision time, but it limits how precisely you can brew. A flask infuser is less adjustable than a basket infuser and teapot, so you get fewer chances to fine-tune temperature and leaf-to-water ratio. If brewing precision is your priority, this kit will feel like a compromise.
The flask dimensions are listed as 8.75 inches high by 2.5 inches in circumference, which tells you it is tall and slim rather than wide. That shape fits many bottle pockets, but measure your gym bag's side pocket before assuming it will slide in easily.
Decision rules for the Fitness On-The-Go Kit
- Choose the kit if you brew away from home at least twice a week: If you regularly make tea at the gym, office, or in the car, the bundled flask removes the need to buy and match a separate infuser bottle. If you brew mostly at home, a basket infuser and your own mug will give you more control for less money. Count your away-from-home brews in a typical week before deciding.
- Pick matcha for fast pre-workout cups, Live Fit Tea for slower sessions: Use Organic Premium Matcha when you have two minutes and want a quick, whisk-free mix in the flask. Use Organic Live Fit Tea when you have time to let leaves steep and want a lighter, sipping cup. The catalog does not specify caffeine content, so test each tea on a rest day before relying on it before training. Try each tea separately before combining them into a workout routine.
- Check the flask fit before you commit: The flask is 8.75 inches tall and 2.5 inches around, so it suits tall, narrow bottle sleeves. Measure your gym bag's pocket and your car cup holder; if either is shallow or wide, the flask may tip or not fit. The kit is a poor match if you need a wide-mouth bottle for ice or a handled mug. Measure your bag pocket and cup holder before ordering.
