Mini matcha bambuspiskeris

The tines are so finely tapered that they froth my matcha into a creamy cloud in about twenty seconds, even without a sifter. The mini size fits perfectly in my small ceramic bowl, and the bamboo feels smooth and sturdy in my hand.

I was skeptical a bamboo whisk would make much difference, but the dense tine arrangement whips my matcha into a smooth, clump-free froth in under a minute. The handle feels sturdy and the smaller scale actually makes it easier to control in a standard mug.

The mini size is perfect for my small tea bowl, and the bamboo tines have held their shape through daily use without splintering. Whisking up a bowl of matcha feels smoother and more consistent than with my old electric frother.
