オーガニックヨモギ

I was a bit nervous about the bitterness, but it's actually gentle and grounding, not harsh at all. The fact that it's caffeine-free makes it my perfect wind-down ritual, and brewing a big pot in the evening feels like a real treat.

The earthy bitterness settles nicely without any caffeine jitters, and I’ve been steeping it about five minutes each evening. That slightly sharp edge actually calms my mind before bed, which I didn’t expect from a loose leaf tea.

The loose leaf form makes it easy to measure out just a pinch for a single cup, and the earthy bitterness mellows nicely with a bit of honey. I’ve been reaching for it most evenings since it arrived, and the lack of caffeine means I don’t have to worry about it keeping me up.
