Økologisk krysantemum

I was skeptical about whole flowers versus tea bags, but these open up beautifully in hot water and the floral scent fills the whole kitchen. Caffeine-free means I can drink a cup late without lying awake, and the flavor stays clean rather than bitter.

I steep a few of these flowers after dinner instead of dessert and the floral flavor is so light and clean, no bitterness at all. Being caffeine-free means I can drink a cup at 9pm and still fall asleep fine.

The whole flowers arrived intact and smell incredibly fresh—not crushed into dust like cheaper brands. I’ve been steeping a few blooms before bed and the broth is so clean and lightly sweet, it’s become my favorite caffeine-free wind-down.
