Feverfew is a bitter herb with great effectiveness for fighting off pain from headaches, migraines, arthritis, stomach aches, and menstrual cramps.

Caffeine Content: None

Flavor

Organic Feverfew is a bitter and slightly citrusy herb. This herb is best consumed mixed with another ingredient to help lessen the bitterness. We recommend trying it mixed with Organic Peppermint, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, or Raw Unfiltered Honey.

Ingredients

  • Organic Feverfew

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Wasn't expecting much since feverfew is notoriously bitter, but a squeeze of honey tames it fine. The loose leaves are dry and fresh, no dust at the bottom of the bag, and after about two weeks my afternoon headaches have eased off. No caffeine either, so I can drink it at night.

I've been brewing a cup of this loose leaf every night before bed, and it's caffeine free so it doesn't keep me up. My migraines have gotten noticeably less frequent over the past few weeks. Adding a little honey helps with the bitter taste.

The bitterness took a few cups to get used to, but now I actually look forward to steeping this before bed. My migraines have gone from twice a week to maybe once, and since it's caffeine free I can drink it late without lying awake.
