Steeped a teaspoon for about five minutes and the swelling in my ankles after long shifts has noticeably eased. The loose leaf is fresh and mild tasting, not bitter like some herbal blends I've tried.

The loose leaves steep into a mild, grassy cup that I actually look forward to after salty dinners. I mostly wanted it for the diuretic effect, and a few weeks in my ankles aren't swelling the way they used to. Gentle enough that I can drink two cups without any jittery feeling.

I've been drinking a cup before bed and the calming effect is real, plus I notice I'm not as puffy in the mornings thanks to the diuretic flush. The loose leaf steeps pretty clean too, no gritty bits at the bottom of my mug.
