The dry leaves have that classic Bi Luo Chun curl, and they unfurl beautifully in the cup. Brewed at a lower temp it stays mellow with a clean, grassy finish that’s never bitter. This one’s become my daily afternoon ritual.

The sweetness really comes through on the second steep—I wasn't expecting such a mellow, round finish from a green tea. The leaves are so fine and fresh that even a slightly cooler water temperature brings out a smoothness that makes it easy to sip all afternoon.

The liquor is a pale, clear gold and tastes exactly as described—mellow with a gentle sweetness that lingers long after the sip. I brewed it a few degrees cooler than boiling and it stayed smooth, never turning bitter even on the second steep. This one's already earned a permanent spot in my afterno
